Beef Dosa with Pothirachi Varattiyathu

FOO FOODS' Pothirachi Varattiyathu Dosa batter 250g beef, cooked and shredded 1 onion, finely chopped 2 green chilies, finely chopped Salt to taste Oil for cooking dosas

Instructions: Heat a dosa pan and pour a ladle of dosa batter to make a thin dosa. While the dosa is cooking, spread FOO FOODS' Pothirachi Varattiyathu over it. In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté the finely chopped onion and green chilies until the onion turns translucent. Add the cooked and shredded beef to the pan and cook for a few minutes. Place the beef mixture on top of the Pothirachi Varattiyathu layer on the dosa. Fold the dosa in half and serve hot as a delicious Beef Dosa.
