Idi Irachi Roast

FOO FOODS' Idi Irachi
2 onions,
thinly sliced 2 tomatoes,
chopped 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking

Instructions: Heat oil in a pan and sauté the thinly sliced onions until they turn golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil separates. Stir in chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Add FOO FOODS' Idi Irachi and mix well with the masala. Cook until the Idi Irachi is heated through and coated with the flavorful masala. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or bread.
