FOO FOODS' Pothirachi Varattiyathu
1 onion, finely chopped 2 tomatoes, chopped 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste) 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala Salt to taste Oil for cooking
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the finely chopped onion until translucent. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil separates. Stir in chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Add FOO FOODS' Pothirachi Varattiyathu and mix well with the masala. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
