Sharing some "caring customer" things with you.

 We are actually lucky enough to have supporting customers stronger than our customer support.

Last few days were little bit crucial at Foo. We were able to manage the crisis effectively as we got great support from our customers and stakeholders.

One of our regular customers informed about the variation in taste they noted in the recent purchase. Our team took the feedback seriously and started working on it. And we found that, a technical issue was happened in processing due to some changes we brought in production processes recently. We got to know about what exactly happened. The products were already distributed into market. We called back all the packets in that batch and some of them were already consumed which we tried to connect & replace them with new. All we have to say is, Thanks to our caring customers for helping us to overcome this scenario. We are really sorry for what happened. We will always strive to serve you with the best.

Yess, being an entrepreneur is like a never-ending suspenseful film. Problems are inevitable part of life and we are here to solve them at the earliest. Sometimes, it may cause remarkable losses. But, the learnings from that event will be profitable than it. And now, we wait to see what's the next problem to solve....
