Refund policy
Cancellations:
- You can request order changes or cancellations any time before your order ships. Unfortunately, once your order is dispatched, we cannot cancel or refund it.
Return Policy:
We accept returns only in the following situations:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Please email us at foofoodsindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving a wrong or damaged product.
- Unboxing Video Requirement:
To ensure fair and transparent processing of return or refund claims, customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof. - The video must show the sealed outer packaging, the entire unboxing process without cuts, and the product received.

Claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items will not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
- Review and Approval:
The Foo Foods team will review your return request and the submitted proof. If approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up at a mutually agreeable time. - Refunds:
Once your return is authorized, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. - Processing Time:
We aim to process all returns within one (1) week.

Taste Preferences: Taste is subjective. We cannot offer refunds for items that are not defective, but simply do not meet your individual taste preferences. We encourage you to explore our detailed product descriptions and customer reviews to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Melting Disclaimer: Chocolate products may melt during transit due to weather conditions and other external factors beyond our control. This does not affect the quality or safety of the product. If your order arrives in a melted condition, we recommend refrigerating it before consumption. Melting alone will not be considered a valid reason for a refund or replacement.
- Delivery Errors: Please double-check your phone number, address, and pincode carefully when placing your order. Re-shipment of returned orders due to errors in your provided shipping details will incur an additional charge of Rs. 120 per box.
