Shipping Charges:

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above INR 1500.
  • Standard Shipping: A nominal shipping charge will be applied to orders below INR 1500.

Order Processing and Shipping:

  • Quick Processing: Orders placed before 11 AM (IST) are typically processed and shipped on the same day.
  • Delivery Time: You can expect your order to arrive within 2-6 business days.
  • Delivery Partners: We partner with renowned courier services like Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely delivery.

Order Tracking:

  • Shipment Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with your tracking number.
  • Real-Time Tracking: You can track your order's progress using the provided tracking number.

Payment Methods:

  • Prepaid Orders: Enjoy priority handling for all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal fee of INR 99 will be charged for COD orders. Please note that we will confirm your order via a phone call before dispatch. 

COD Orders Dispatch Criteria:

To ensure smooth and reliable deliveries, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to the following conditions:

  • The order will be automatically cancelled if the customer fails to confirm the order through our order confirmation call.
  • Customers who have previously failed to accept COD deliveries will no longer be eligible for COD on future orders.
  • In such cases, the order may still be placed, but only as a prepaid order after successful payment.
  • Foo Foods reserves the right to decline or cancel COD orders at its discretion to prevent misuse and ensure efficient shipping.

Delivery Delays:

  • In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping delays.
  • We will keep you updated via WhatsApp or email if there are significant delays.
  • We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in handling such situations.
